I offer a holistic approach to supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing, helping you understand what’s really going on in your body and gently guiding you back into balance.

Rather than just managing symptoms, sessions focus on identifying and addressing the underlying causes so you can experience more lasting change.

BioEnergetic Alignment

 

A combined session using BioKinesiology and energy healing to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Using muscle testing, we identify underlying imbalances such as stress, nutritional deficiencies, food sensitivities or emotional patterns that may be affecting how you feel. Alongside this, energy healing supports the release of stored emotional tension, helping your system return to a more balanced state.

 

This session is especially helpful if you feel like you’ve tried different approaches but still don’t feel fully better, or if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself.

The intention is to support your body in restoring balance naturally, so you can feel lighter, calmer and more like yourself again.

A gentle, intuitive session focused on emotional release and restoring balance.

These sessions work more deeply with the subconscious and energetic body, helping to clear stored emotions and patterns that may be keeping you feeling anxious, stuck or out of alignment.

Many people experience a sense of lightness, clarity and calm following a session, along with a deeper connection to themselves.

For those who feel drawn to more intuitive or energetic work, this can also be explored at a deeper level within sessions.
