BioKinesiology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that uses precise muscle testing to uncover hidden biochemical imbalances impacting your health. Whether you're struggling with digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, skin problems, low energy, fatigue, or recurring illnesses, BioKinesiology identifies the root cause of your symptoms - so you can finally start healing from the inside out. I also offer BioKinesiology for children and teens (up to 18 years old) to support their growth and wellness, with a guardian present for the session. For children under 12, I offer distance sessions only (no in-person sessions available). Working this way allows us to get the best out of the session for your child. We will have a call beforehand to discuss their consultation form and general health and wellbeing. Afterwards, I will share the findings and treatment plan. I also offer distance sessions for adults and teenagers if you don't live locally or are unable to visit the clinic. The same process applies as above for children. If visiting me in person, please bring any current medication and supplements with you as we will discuss these along with your symptoms, diet and lifestyle too. Wear loose fitting comfortable clothes as we will be using your arm and leg muscles for testing. The session usually lasts for 1 hour and you can pay with Cash, Card or via Revolut. While most clients typically feel an improvement in their symptoms within 4-6 weeks, a follow up is recommended and generally required.
